Forthcoming Events

The Toy Service for Welcare in Bromley is on Sunday 3rd December at 10.30am.  New toys (unwrapped) are needed for the 2-15 year age group, or vouchers appropriate for these ages from Toys R Us or similar.  No soft toys please.  A list of further suggestions is on display at the back of church.  Do ask Alison Dockray, your Parish Rep, if there are any queries.  Your gifts will be greatly appreciated and do help parents and carers provide for the children in their care this Christmas.  Please continue to look at the display too. 

Church Open - Saturday 2nd December, 10am - 11.30am and Saturday 9th December, 10am - 11am.  Anyone welcome to come and look round the church or to take a few moments to sit quietly.

A Taste of Christmas - Saturday 2nd December, at 7pm (doors open at 6.30pm). Return of the much-appreciated taster of the different Christmas food the shops have on offer.  Tickets are on sale at the back of church on Sundays (or contact the Church Office) for £6 (bring your own drink).   Numbers will be restricted, so don't delay!

St Paul's Book Club - Tuesday 5th December, 10.30am (check venue with the Church Office).  We are inviting people to bring and read poems by Robert Frost and/or Edward Thomas (or another poet of your choice).  On Tuesday 2nd January we will be discussing “Life after Lifeby Kate Atkinson.  Do come and join us.

Christmas Foodbank Collection -  At our services on Sunday 10th December there will be a special Christmas foodbank collection for Living Well (Bromley) and CAP (Penge).  All non-perishable food items, including treats for Christmas and toiletries would be much appreciated.  (NB - No pet food.)

Families Together @ St Paul's, Thursday 14th December; 3.45 - 6pm.
Our monthly after-school fun event for children and their parents/carers
with crafts, activities, games, singing Bible story telling, ending with a shared tea. 
Cost £2.50 per child.

New Year’s Eve Party!  We are having a tea party on Sunday 31st December, 3 – 5pm in the Church Hall, Lawn Road.  All welcome!  Please reserve your place in advance with Anne (020 8658 0808).
